Durante il boom economico degli anni ’60, l’edificio pi\u00f9 alto d’Europa viene costruito nel prospero nord Italia. All\u2019altra estremit\u00e0 del paese nell’agosto del 1961 un gruppo di giovani speleologi visita l\u2019altopiano calabrese e il suo incontaminato entroterra immergendosi nel sottosuolo di un Meridione che tutti stanno abbandonando. Scoprono cos\u00ec coi suoi 700 metri di profondit\u00e0 una delle grotte pi\u00f9 profonde del mondo, l\u2019Abisso del Bifurto dell\u2019altopiano del Pollino, sotto lo sguardo di un vecchio pastore, unico testimone del territorio incontaminato…\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00abPer usare un termine cinematografico, potremmo dire che le grotte costituiscono un fuori campo assoluto, anche perch\u00e9 la notte eterna che regna al loro interno sembrerebbe quanto di pi\u00f9 ostile alla macchina da presa. Eppure, chi ama il cinema sa bene che il fuori campo, l\u2019invisibile, rappresentano la sua \u201csostanza\u201d pi\u00f9 profonda. Mi colpisce la coincidenza che Speleologia, Cinema e Psicoanalisi abbiano il loro battesimo nella stessa data, il 1895…\u00bb. (Michelangelo Frammartino).<\/strong><\/p>\n
